Food Vendor Category Legend

 

• Category 1: Prepared Food Vendors

  • Vendors selling hot or cold prepared foods. Food prepared on-site for immediate consumption. This category includes all food vendors who do not fall under Category 2 or Category 3.

• Category 2: Dessert and Specialty Drink Vendors

  • Vendors whose primary product line is desserts, sweets, baked goods, frozen treats, specialty beverages, or other dessert and drink focused products.

• Category 3: Packaged Food Vendors

  • Vendors selling products that are packaged before arriving at the event and remain packaged when sold to the customer. Products are not opened, prepared, assembled, or served for immediate consumption at the booth.
